The domain investor is complaining about real estate fraud in goa, because it is very rampant, and older women are specifically targetted for real estate fraud in goa. The newspapers reported that a 83 year old lady, Francisca Pereira had lodged a complaint with the old goa police, that her house in Bhakta Waddo, Maddel- Charao was illegally transferred to her neighbour Derek Lobo, after criminally trespassing on it and breaking the lock.
The lady was living with her relatives in Margao and was visiting the house every six months to pay the electricity, water and other bills, clean the house. One day found that the neighbour had illegally transferred the house in his name, using the wrong documents.
She has given the power of attorney to her relative Inacio Pereira who filed a case with the old goa police under section 418,448, 451,468, 471, along with section 34 of the indian penal code
This shows that neighbors can often create problems, and women should be careful, since their neighbours may try to grab their property, using illegal methods

Whenever I consider moving to a new location, I always research my options in order to find the best possible apartment. When I found out that my husband was being relocated, I went into planning mode and started looking for apartments for Spring Valley NV. I’m familiar with the Las Vegas area, as I’ve been there many times, but I can’t say that I’ve ever been to this area before. I know that it’s very close to the landmark city, but just far enough removed that I won’t have to deal with traffic and other hassles. It looks like a very nice community to me.
Perhaps one of the biggest differences we will encounter throughout this process is the change in climate. I needed to find a place to live fast, so I was willing to settle for just about anything. I figured if I found a place I was not happy with, then I could just move once the lease was up. I was doing most of this over the internet too, which made it that much harder to know what I was getting into. I had little choice though, so I started my search for three bedroom apartments in Oceanside. I knew that we could make do with two if need be, but I really wanted both of my girls to have their own bedrooms if possible.

Finding the Perfect Apartment is Like Finding a Rare Treasure
We got married and got a dog nine months later. We used the timing to say that he was our first kid. It was funny how that little puppy ended up being exactly like our kid. He is as much a part of us as my wife and I are family. There was no way we would be moving without our dog. When we were wanting to move when our lease was up, we looked for luxury apartments for Mission Viejo. We found a great place that is pet friendly. I am really appreciative that property management companies now realize that younger couples with dogs really consider them to be a part of the family, and that we are very responsible with our pets.
Our dog has health insurance, a microchip, has all of his vaccinations and eats ultra-premium dog food. We even have a video monitoring system to keep an eye on him while we work. We both can telecommute certain days each week, so he is rarely left alone longer than about five hours. He is cool with it even though we are not. We are like doting parents who worry about him.
