Mollie W. Wasserman is the author of Ripping the Roof Off Real Estate: How a Multi-Billion-Dollar Industry Came to Have an Identity Crisis and the coauthor of How to Make Your Realtor® Get You the Best Deal: Massachusetts Edition. Both books are available at most bookstores and online at Amazon and Barnes and Noble. She is also the founder of the ACRE™ Course and Coaching Program.

Mollie is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), an e-Pro 500 (Certified Internet Professional), and iSucceed Mentor, as well as one of only 200 CyberStars™ around the world. The CyberStars™ are an elite group of Realtors® who generate a significant portion of their business through the use of current technology. Mollie designed her first website in 1995, and has since been featured in national publications such as Forbes.com, Banker & Tradesman, the National Association of REALTORS® Magazine, Money.com, and was called "the agent of the future" in an Intel research paper. Her double-interview for iSucceed on the topic of Consulting was listed in the Top 10 requested topics in 2005. She, along with Merv and Judi actively write about real estate consulting in their blog The Consulting Times.

Merv Forney is the creator of The Consulting Times and The Graduate Coaching Exchange. He and his wife Pamela formed the Choice3 Realty Group in 2004 doing business exclusively as real estate consultants. Merv used his more than twenty-five-years experience as an executive with IT services firm EDS to develop his real estate consulting model using comprehensive fee schedules still in use today. During his early research on new real estate business models, Merv came across Mollie and her successful practice, and became convinced that the "new real estate consulting model" is the way of the future.

Prior to launching his real estate career, Merv founded the Business Interchange Group (BIG), a management- and technology-consulting firm. Merv's business and technology background allows him to develop and deploy many web-based technologies used for his real estate clients as well as his technology clients.

In March of 2005, Merv launched one of the very first national and regional real estate blogs, the Northern Virginia Real Estate Guide (www.askmerv.choice3realty.com). His blog consistently ranks in the top thirty nationally. His consulting business model, technology expertise, and business approach, serve him well in an industry ready for significant change.

Paula Bean has been a veteran in real estate since 1979. Profiled in the Wall Street Journal, the Orlando Sentinel, and other major publications, Paula is a pioneer who has been practicing consulting and fee-for-services for over ten years, way before its time, just as she did with Buyer Agency when it was a new and somewhat controversial part of real estate.

Paula is an e-PRO (Certified Real Estate Internet Expert), a member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society, as well as a real estate educator and trainer. Paula's views, experiences, and opinions are much sought after by real estate agents through-out the U.S. and Canada via several online forums such as e-PROTalk, RealTalk and ActiveRain. In addition, Paula is the founder and moderator of her own online forum on how to successfully work with For-Sale-By-Owners, thus allowing agents not just across America but worldwide to seek her expertise as well. Paula's web site is HomeOrlando.com.

Judi Bryan is a real estate Broker affiliated with RE/MAX Accord in Bloomingdale, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago. As a respected contributor to numerous online real estate communities for many years, Judi was selected to be among a handful of highly regarded agents from around the country to beta test the revolutionary new ACRE™ program designed to enable agents to broaden both the services they provide the consumer as well as their ability to get paid for them.
